About The Job:

CultureWorx (a POWERS Company) [www.thepowerscompany.com] is seeking a confident and driven Director of Product Development to join our dynamic team and help scale the software technology division of our growing business. As the Director of Product Development, you will serve a dual role as a Sr. Software Developer and Project Manager to facilitate the oversight and execution of the design, development, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of new and existing software tools that support our Operational and Culture Performance Improvement lines of business.

As part of this role, you will lead a technical development team while working closely with third-party software design and development partners, as needed. You will report to the Chief Culture Officer at POWERS who is also serving as the transitioning CEO at CultureWorx.

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of organizational leadership and culture performance management software programs and SaaS platforms
  • Apply Agile (or equivalent) Project Management methodologies to monitor and manage development projects
  • Assimilate and manage a technical team to facilitate the execution of new project builds and customizations – from the conceptualization phase to the design, build, test, and launch of an MVP
  • Build responsive websites and applications, from backend systems to complex interactive front-end user interfaces
  • Help client partners leverage technology to facilitate frontline leadership training and development that advance the operational systems and processes
  • Research, design, implement, and manage software programs
  • Test and evaluate new and innovative programs
  • Identify areas for UI/UX improvements in existing software programs and subsequently develop modifications
  • Write and implement efficient code
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure software solutions support continuous improvement of organizational and leadership performance
  • Develop knowledge of digital learning tools and integrate proprietary learning and development methodologies with new or existing software products

  • 5+ years of web development experience
  • 5+ years serving in a leadership role (people- and project-focused)
  • Expert PHP experience

About The Job:

CultureWorx is seeking a confident and driven Culture Change Manager to join our dynamic team and help scale our growing business. As a Culture Change Manager, you will be focused on managing the delivery and implementation of our proprietary Culture Performance Management Solutions for our client partners.

You will work closely with our Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partners, while reporting to our Director of Learning & Development.

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Lead and manage assessments of organizational culture and individual leadership development needs
  • Apply proprietary and industry-relevant organizational diagnostic tools and procedures as part of the leadership culture assessment process
  • Collaborate with senior, mid, and frontline leaders and cross-functional teams to build short-term and long-term goals and objectives to strengthen leadership effectiveness
  • Lead the design of project plans to reinforce strengths, address gaps, and measure progress and outcomes
  • Proactively address and respond to organizational culture issues by bringing key stakeholders together to assess root causes, implement and/or support the implementation of appropriate interventions
  • Execute the facilitation, program design, and materials/tools development to support effective communication and leadership development
  • Consult with supervisors and managers to create change management project plans to strengthen culture, team and leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement; assisting in identifying actions to course correct as needed
